This morning at Defrag Abhinav presented "The Ethic of Delivery"

The presentation reflected on Abhinav's previous life working in Enterprise IT and his observations of what didn't work and an experiment that he was part of to try things a different way. His contention was that for Enterprise IT, culture and behaviour are crucial to getting things done.

Of course all of Abhinav's learnings in this field have gone into how Trineo operates today :-)
