Sale of Dime for CRM to Breadwinner

Trineo Limited has sold Dime for CRM to Breadwinner for an undisclosed sum, effective as of 1st March 2015.

Dime for CRM was developed by Trineo. It was the first Salesforce/Xero connector available and is used by a range of customers in many different geographies.

Trineo is both a Salesforce Partner and the only Heroku Gold Partner in the Southern Hemisphere. We’re excited to be moving into a new phase of our growth and development, with our focus during 2015 being: Expansion of our operations in our key consulting markets of the USA, Australia and New Zealand. A particular focus on winning and delivering challenging projects that leverage both our Salesforce and Heroku skillsets. A desire to shed some non-core products and activities to improve this focus and drive.

Dime for CRM sadly does not figure in our plans for 2015 and we’ve therefore decided to ‘sunset’ this product. Naturally we thought long and hard about our existing user community before making this decision. In doing so, we reached out to potential partners in the wider Salesforce/Xero market, and identified an alternate great solution that provides all of the features of Dime for CRM, plus several others, namely the native Salesforce app ‘Breadwinner’.

Dime for CRM users should rest assured that both Trineo and Breadwinner are committed to ensuring the transition to Breadwinner is as straightforward as possible. Those of you that use Dime for CRM will be hearing from Breadwinner in the near future on this front.

(NB - Dime for Developers users are not affected by this announcement.)
