Implementing SSO at amaysim

amaysim = amazing + simple. These are fundamental principles that this Australian telco lives by, especially with regard to the customer experience.

So when amaysim grew from a single business, providing mobile services to over a million customers, to four separate businesses — Mobile, Broadband, Energy and Device E-Commerce, the last thing they wanted was for customers to sign into four different services and enter the same information again and again.

To alleviate this problem, amaysim partnered with Trineo to implement a new Single Sign On (SSO) identity platform. I wrote a post about how Trineo delivered SSO at amaysim. The post is published on amaysim's blog, and talks through the scaling process from one service to four. Check it out.
